The FTP integration picks up the files you drop on it and reads them with the same extraction engine Tekst uses across the platform. Files are recognized by their content, not just their extension.
Because the FTP integration uses the same extraction engine as the rest of the platform, the file types it supports are exactly the same. For the complete, up-to-date list of supported formats and their limitations, see the Supported attachments article.
If you need to process a file type that is not listed there, please contact your onboarding manager or customer success manager.
