When an extraction model runs on your inboxes, it pulls structured information out of each conversation - values like an order number, a date, or a customer name. The message feed shows these on the Entities tab of the details pane, so you can see exactly what Tekst read from a conversation. This article explains how to view and check them.
For the bigger picture on extraction, see What is an extraction model?.
Open the Entities tab
Select a conversation, then open the Entities tab in the details pane on the right. The tab header shows a count of how many entities were found. You can also reach it by selecting the entities chip on the conversation card in the feed.
What you see
For each extraction model linked to the inbox, the Entities tab lists the fields it extracted and the value it found for each one. This gives you the structured version of the conversation - the key facts pulled out of the text and presented as clean fields.
Check and correct values
You can review the extracted values and correct any that are wrong:
- Edit a value inline to fix it.
- Use Mark all as correct to confirm a model's output in one step when everything looks right.
Confirming and correcting values feeds back into the model so it improves over time. To learn how that works, see Set up your first extraction model.
When there is no extraction model
If no extraction model is linked to the inbox, the tab shows a "No extraction model" message inviting you to create or link one. Until an extraction model runs on the inbox, there are no entities to display.
